Cotton is harvested as soon as it is fully ripened, if left too long weather conditions will adversely affect the quality and yield of the crop. The harvest is hand or machine and the picked seed cotton is then baled ready for Ginning.

A process of separating the lint from the seed. The cotton first goes through dryers and then though a cleaning equipment to remove foreign matter. Each bale is inspected and graded ready for delivery to the mill.

The lint is cleaned further before going on to be carded, a process which separates and aligns the fibres into a thin web. The higher quality fibres are combed giving a smoother, finer yarn.

Modern weaving machines produce approximately 200m of fabric daily. Our industry mainly uses Plain Weave, where weft yarns pass alternately over and under warp yarns, and Satin Weave, with fewer interlacings, allowing one direction of yarns to dominate the fabric's face.

The woven cloth undergoes: de-sizing to remove products strengthening the warp yarns, bleaching to achieve a white colour, stretching, straightening, heat setting to obtain the finished fabric and Sanforising for pre-shrinking and mercerising to enhance the fabric's luster.

After final inspection, the fabric is ready for production. Each product has detailed specifications, including dimensions, stitching details, coloured ID hems, and embroidered logos. The finished products are then packed in cartons for shipment.

All incoming goods undergo quality inspection. Representative samples are checked for color, dimensions, stitching/hemming, and fabric quality. In-house tests assess starch levels, tensile/tear strength, bias/bow, thread count, and GSM.

Our Warehouse has a capacity of over 750 pallets and holds over 300 product lines. Our logistics can handle deliveries worldwide from one small carton to full container loads. Each order, large or small, is packed and delivered to our customers with care and precision.
